Genuine Mercedes Benz plastic tube of approx. 57cm to cover the vacuum & electrical connections between the B pillar and the rear door on the W108, W109, W110, W111, W112, W114 & W115.
Is your door connecting pipe hard or cracked and beginning to fall apart? 
Perhaps it is missing completely?
Just repainted the car and need to refresh the electrical/Vacuum connections
Replace it with a genuine replacement part from Mercedes Benz.
